Real Estate has been Tony’s main focus since 1991. He established himself quickly as one to watch and in the years that have passed eyes have remained on Tony as an innovator in the field. Key points that Tony is known for are leading the way in technology, community involvement and creating the best experience possible for his clients. Upon meeting Tony you’ll recognize a passion for the industry, knowledge of all things related to Victoria and a warm smile. Don’t let that smile fool you though: Tony is one of the top negotiators there is and has your best interests at heart the entire time. People often ask Tony how he does it all: chair of various boards and committees, host of the CFAX 1070 “The Whole Home show” and serial community volunteerism. The answer is precise time management, an exceptional team and supportive family.

The saying “Rules were made to be broken” is not one that Susan knows; she’s all about the rules; this is extremely beneficial to our team for staying on top of the ever-changing real estate market, not to mention keeping the title of one of the leading real estate teams in Victoria, British Columbia and Western Canada. Susan is a fantastic resource. As a former REALTOR®, Susan was often asked to lecture at the new REALTOR® orientation events at the Victoria Real Estate Board, which spurred a love of coaching and teaching. Susan now coaches REALTOR®’s across Canada with Richard Robbins International to help them reach their full potential.

Daniel Ross was born into a business that he loves. His grandfather had his own realty business in Winnipeg. His grandmother, an astute businesswoman in Victoria, was a commercial realty investor. His mother and grandmother often took him on real estate house tours when he was just a boy introducing him to their “hobby.” Daniel has used this inherited knowledge and passion to build his own thriving real estate business here on south Vancouver Island. He is an award winning, proud member of RE/MAX Island Properties. Daniel has forged close ties with communities on the Island through the years by working on housing development projects, participating in networking groups and involvement in local sports. Playing hockey and basketball and enjoying the outdoors. All of which helps him realize the importance of buying a house and turning it into a home. Daniel will use the utmost in professionalism and care to help people achieve their real estate dreams.

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, I have strong roots in the local real estate market. As a child, my family taught me the importance of real estate investing. I grew up touring properties, new construction and developments. These were some of the defining moments that helped shape my career direction further into Real Estate. Starting in the conveyance department I soon found myself learning everything I could behind the desk and with that I decided it was time to turn my passions into a lifestyle.

As a REALTOR®, I recognize every person, and property has a story to tell - it’s my goal to ensure you find the property that feels like home.  Real estate can be intimidating; however, it’s my mission to ensure the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. My clients can count on me any time of the day regarding the type of questions or concerns. 

In my free time, I enjoy hosting dinner parties for my friends and family, travelling the globe, riding horses, and exploring Vancouver Island with my dog, Oakley.

Afraz moved to Victoria from Toronto over 12 years ago. He studied Marketing at Camosun College and proceeded to work in an upscale environment maintaining client relationships. With an interest in hiking and the outdoors, the move to the West Coast was a natural fit. After falling in love with the mountains and the oceans, Afraz has made Victoria his forever home. His passion for Real Estate encouraged him to join the team and get licensed. As a REALTOR®, Afraz understands the importance of creating a relationship with clients and catering to their needs. He will assist you with setting up your search criteria and ensuring that you receive listing updates regularly. He can set up a property search and send you market updates. Afraz understands the importance of communication so when the time comes and you are ready to view, Afraz will schedule showings and provide you with detailed information about the listing.

Lynnaya, our diligent Operations Manager, keeps operations running smoothly for the team, but also for our clients. Lynnaya manages the team’s sale and purchase transactions, and keeps the team on task, on time and accountable. She manages our social media accounts, organizes our community events, coordinates showings, relays feedback and establishes relationships with our clients, industry leaders and colleagues. With a background in sales and marketing, Lynnaya’s client-centric approach is evident, and her enthusiasm is infectious! She is looking forward to working with each and every one of you to make your next real estate transaction as smooth, seamless and enjoyable as it can be!

Lynnaya was born and raised in the North Okanagan (in Vernon, BC), where she still has an adult son that she visits regularly! Lynnaya is married and has lived in Victoria since 2018. Lynnaya lives in the Western Communities (in the Langford/Bear Mountain area) and loves everything it has to offer, especially its access to beautiful nature and hiking trails and the panoramic vistas of the ocean and mountains! Truly west coast living at its finest! Lynnaya and her wife adopted a beautiful (and quite feisty!) French Bulldog named Pearl in 2023 and she is always happy to share pet pictures with anyone interested!
