Susan is a fantastic resource. As a former REALTOR, Susan was often asked to lecture at the new REALTOR orientation events at the Victoria Real Estate Board, which spurred a love of coaching and teaching. Susan now coaches REALTORs across Canada with Richard Robbins International to help them reach their full potential.

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Megan has strong roots in the local real estate market. As a child, her family taught her the importance of real estate investing. She grew up touring properties and new construction developments. These were some of her defining moments and helped shape her direction further into Real Estate. Megan started in the conveyance department. After learning everything she could behind the desk, she decided it was time to turn her passions into a lifestyle.

Daniel Ross was born into a business that he loves. His grandfather had his own realty business in Winnipeg. His grandmother, an astute business woman in Victoria, was a commercial realty investor. His mother and grandmother often took him on real estate house tours when he was just a boy introducing him to their “hobby.” Daniel has used this inherited knowledge and passion to build his own thriving real estate business here on south Vancouver Island.

David Bercovitz has been an active professional member of the Victoria community with over twelve years of experience in the luxury car industry. After moving back to Victoria David joined the team at Mercedes Benz where he won the President’s Circle award for top sales in Canada five times before moving into a management role. David is excited to be applying his vast customer service experience to serve Victoria and the Southern Vancouver Island community as a real estate professional.

Lynnaya manages the team’s sale and purchase transactions, and keeps the team on task, on time and accountable. She manages our social media accounts, organizes our community events, coordinates showings, relays feedback and establishes relationships with our clients, industry leaders and colleagues.

Afraz is our Client Care Coordinator; this means he helps you wtih your online property search. When you sign up on our site, Afraz will be the first person to contact you. He will assist you with setting up your search criteria and ensure that you receive listing updates regularly. He can set up a property search and send you market updates. When the time comes and you are ready to view, Afraz can help scheduled showings and provide you with detailed information about the listings. Afraz also takes care of filming and editing the video content we share on our social media channels.
