Kory was born in Penticton, B.C., but has spent the last 10 years living on Vancouver Island. As he has eased into island living, he has recognized very quickly how much Real Estate opportunities there are on the island and has tailored his education since then to take advantage of the market around him.

By focusing his education and day to day job experience on marketing, management and sales, he has situated himself to better serve his clients whether buying or selling their homes. He also brings an MBA from the University of Victoria with a specialization in International Business as well as a BA in Psychology to further accent the education and jobs he has accomplished to further benefit his clients through the negotiation process.

While completing his master’s degree, he also spent time in Asia, North and South America as well as Europe, further giving him insightful knowledge of different cultures and their ways of conducting business.

Moving into the Comox Valley in the spring of 2008, Kory has wasted no time in picking up where he left off in terms of continuing to reach new heights, and prides himself as a licensed Real Estate Representative for Coast Realty dealing with residential, investment and commercial real estate with development projects in his sights for the near future. The future also looks extremely rich and exciting for Kory, and he is very confident and eager to establish himself as a Real Estate leader here in the Comox Valley through unmatched marketing, advice, sincerity and hard work.

As an energetic, family focused, driven individual, he truly understands the importance of meeting and exceeding expectations and making a difference in all spheres of his life. His thirst for knowledge and desire to achieve the extremes is combated with his eagerness to make connections which will last a lifetime.

Growing up in the Comox Valley has given Heather strong ties to the community and the people living here. Her caring and willingness to help others shines through, whether it’s helping mariners in distress on the water as a volunteer with the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary, helping seniors with a local home support business or finding the right property for you.

After travelling internationally and seeing how the Real Estate market can differ in various countries, she has found the real opportunities lie right here in the Comox Valley and has decided to call it home with her husband Chris.

Heather has a very successful background in professional sales and marketing with experience in international consultative sales, negotiations, market research / analysis and promotional planning. She has won the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award and was recognized as one of the top sales representatives for Universal Vacation club. She is used to getting results for the people she works with. Her years of experience have helped her develop tools to ensure her clients are well informed and to make the process a smooth and easy one.

Working as a successful Realtor with Coast Realty in the Comox Valley, she has had the privilege of working with hundreds of families from Ontario to Alberta and throughout British Columbia selling or buying their first home, investment properties, commercial, multi unit developments or dealing with their relocation, downsizing and estate sale needs.
